Improved Satisfaction at Turner Eye Institute
LASIK Results and overall satisfaction in the Turner Eye Institute offices of San Jose, San Francisco, San Leandro, and Concord have been higher than the national averages but results from the first quarter of 2006 show that patients satisfaction continues to improve. At Turner Eye Institute, our goal is to have every patient be satisfied with the results of their treatment and the service that they received at Turner Eye Institute. We regularly collect patient satisfaction survey in an effort to provide the highest level of satisfaction with LASIK eye surgery. We also compare offices in San Jose, San Francisco, San Leandro, and Concord to be certain that patients receive uniformly high quality service at each center.
A patient this past week reported that she appreciated the fact that Dr. Turner explained the entire procedure in detail and talked with her during the LASIK treatment. She felt very relaxed with the information that she was being given as the LASIK procedure was being performed. Congratulations to the LASIK patient for her new vision.
We are looking to continue to improve our service and would appreciate any feedback given from our LASIK and refractive surgery patients.
